Anqesha came to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in the fall of 2020 to pursue her Ph.D. in Biology. Anqesha is co-advised by Dr. Wang and Dr. Dordick and was awarded the National Institute on Aging Training Program in Alzheimer's Disease Clinical and Translational Research (ADCTR) training grant. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Microbiology and Immunology and a minor in American Sign Language and Dance at the University of Rochester. She then attended Brown University as an NIH Post-Baccalaureate Research Education Program (PREP) Scholar in the Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology. Her professional goals are to works as a research scientist developing therapeutics.
